At Archangel Cyber Defense, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item was purchased directly from Archangel Cyber Defense
• The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Downloadable software or digital products
• Customized or special-order items
• Services that have already been rendered
• Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at orders@archangelcyber.tech with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide instructions and a return authorization if your item is eligible.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
